As a part of the Strength and Conditioning Team, I’m dedicated to pushing our athletes to their greatest potential…and USA Fight Co creates the perfect environment to achieve that goal. The staff is top notch and experienced with both kids and adults. The new space is much larger and we are constantly looking for ways to make it the BEST family facility in Houston. I don't usually post reviews but I'll make an exception for USA Fight Company. This place is excellent - the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and they have worked hard to create an atmosphere where everyone (coaches and students) wants to see everyone else succeed in their goals. If you are interested in martial arts or fitness don't wait, don't tell yourself you are going to get in shape before you come in, just come down and give it a try. You won't regret it.

Amazing gym! The entire team is so motivating and supportive! You truly feel like family from the start. It makes the fact that they are so knowledgeable that much better. Classes can be challenging but in a great way because you will see results!
