This is honestly the worst barbershop experience I’ve had in Australia. The staff clearly don’t know how to respect their customers. If you’re not going to follow the number system you assign to people, and instead squeeze your friends in ahead of waiting customers, then what’s the point of having a system at all? Your staff really need to learn some basic manners and respect for people’s time. Customers are waiting, thinking their number is next, and then suddenly someone else your mates get put ahead. It’s completely unfair. What made it even worse is that when I tried to point this out politely, the barber told both me and my friend to get out. My friend was literally in the middle of his haircut. I didn’t get mine, and he had to stay because you can’t exactly get up halfway through a cut. The barber didn’t seem to understand or care how unreasonable that was. This wasn’t my first visit either. I’ve been here about five times, and I’ve always been happy to wait as long as the number system is followed. But after this, I’m definitely not coming back. You guys seriously need to work on your customer service and your basic organization.

From the moment I walked in, the shop felt clean, professional, and well-run. Both barbers were welcoming and easy to chat with, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. The conversation flowed effortlessly, and it was clear they genuinely care about their clients. Most importantly, I got a really good haircut—exactly what I was after. Nothing short of amazing my skin fade was blended perfectly and he reshaped my whole haircut to just fall in highly skilled and finally found somewhere amazing !
