I was looking for a very specific boat (year, model, engine, etc.) and I found it at Valley Marine, I worked with Kyle there who was able to provide me all of the info I was looking for and explain the process to me. He provided me detailed photos and videos of the boat and provided all information he could. This was important to me as I was making a long road trip to look at it. During the water test an issue was identified and Kyle was not going to be able to get everything corrected before the end of the day. Knowing how far I drove Kyle offered me to still take the boat with me and assured he would make things right. Even after the purchase Kyle stayed in contact with me and assured I got the parts and service I needed and that the boat was in tip top shape. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first given I had no leverage after providing payment but I was impressed with the professionalism, consistent communication, and seeing too that everything was corrected. Great experience.

Really great experience purchasing a boat from Valley Marine! I called to ask about what options they had and spoke to Sylvia who was great. Andy and Kyle reached out immediately and were super helpful. Kyle answered a million questions and was amazing to work with! He was super knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and very down to earth, which I really appreciated. Kyle has been very responsive and great to work with even after the purchase, which is not always the case. Several friends had highly recommended that I reach out to Valley Marine when they heard I was looking for a boat. They said that their customer service and expertise were the best in the area, and that is exactly what I experienced. I had reached out to another local dealer early on in the process and they were very arrogant, which is the exact opposite of what I experienced at Valley. Thank you Kyle for going above and beyond to make this such a great experience! You’ve earned my loyalty!

Was going to spend money at valley marine to winterize my boat. Today, lady on the phone was completely unprofessional. She had the short tone of "why did you even call me" I simply asked about winterization service and she snapped back at me, "we don't take appointments, we get it done when it's done" I don't understand how a company can keep people like this on the front end of their business? I will not take my boat here ever again, screw this place.

Recently bought a used Malibu from Valley Marine from out of state. Kyle was absolutely fantastic to work with: responsive, honest, transparent, and an all around joy to work with. Buying a boat 12 hours away is no easy task, but I couldn't have imagined it going much smoother. Our family is really happy with our purchase. Just wish we were closer so we could keep using Valley Marine for service and any future boat purchases.

Steve got my Crownline in within a couple days of my call during the busy summer season. The Service Team quickly solved my electrical issue (that I caused), fixed it and I’m picking up the boat in the morning in time to enjoy the remainder of the summer season. ThankYou!
