I came to them (2002 Garnet Ave.) to change oil in my car. From the very beginning I was greeted by the manager Xavier. He listened to my specific requirements about the water shields placement and conveyed them to a technician. Had gone to this Valvoline for years; my last visit this week will be my last. The crew was rude and not helpful at all. They used to make a series of checks to verify that they had covered all the bases. They didn't check or offer to check my tire pressure. They didn't do the lights and blinker check or offer to check. There was no pulling the transmission dipstick to verify level and show me its level. My differential was not checked to inspect lubricant level. When I asked about the differential & transmission fluid I was shown that they indeed will do such checks at a service charge of $99.00 for each, The crew, attitude, and level of service is now deplorable. Good-bye Valvoline good luck with the new direction to drive customers away.
