I’ve been here many times to get my oil changed and each time has been a wonderful experience. The people working here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they all get along well and seem to love what they’re doing.

Not busy on a Saturday morning. Very friendly service, the team worked well together & communicated loudly. They explained the process & their recommendations and allowed me to choose the products/services without trying to upsell. Completed an Oil Change, checked my fluids, & inspected my lights & battery within 15min.

I came to them (2002 Garnet Ave.) to change oil in my car. From the very beginning I was greeted by the manager Xavier. He listened to my specific requirements about the water shields placement and conveyed them to a technician. As usual, they also checked many other important devices and provided the results in an Invoice. I am very much satisfied with their job. Victor K.

Had gone to this Valvoline for years; my last visit this week will be my last. The crew was rude and not helpful at all. They used to make a series of checks to verify that they had covered all the bases. They didn't check or offer to check my tire pressure. They didn't do the lights and blinker check or offer to check. There was no pulling the transmission dipstick to verify level and show me its level. My differential was not checked to inspect lubricant level. When I asked about the differential & transmission fluid I was shown that they indeed will do such checks at a service charge of $99.00 for each, The crew, attitude, and level of service is now deplorable. Good-bye Valvoline good luck with the new direction to drive customers away.

This is the only place I go to for oil changes and have been coming here for years! They are so quick, efficient, professional and they honestly run like a well-oiled machine, no pun intended. The prices have even been very stable and the service seems to just get better.
