Very fast and friendly. They go over what you need, but never feel the pressure of them trying to upsell anything to you. Roger was my point of contact and was amazingly friendly!

Upsell hell. I asked for a print out for services needed. Never got it. Had trouble loading the 20% coupon. The wi-fi was offered but never learned the name of it to jump on. Tech did not wish to help with adding a coupon. Felt rushed. Was not very attentive. Seemed in a hurry to make me spend more. While I did save $15 on the transaction, the 20% off coupon was what I needed.

The team was exceptionally helpful and extremely polite. They pointed out that I had a nail in my tire and offered recommendations on where I could go to get it repaired. They also explained the options for getting a top off or getting a full service oil change so I could make an educated decision which I was grateful for. Fantastic service overall!
