Great service! I was going to Socal tire depot after visiting a different tire shop that lied to me trying to upsell for a higher price. They did everything quickly and inexpensively, probably one of my best experiences with tire shops so far.

I got screw in my tire near the tire wall and a friend of mine patched it. He wasn’t sure if he had done a good job so we came here to SoCal tire in anticipation of needing two new rear tires. But instead they inspected the patch and said it looked great and didn’t need new tires. I was shocked by their honesty and grateful. I asked if they had used tires for my car for when I need new ones in a year and they have them in stock for 50 bucks apiece. I left without buying new tires and I gave them a $20 tip just because of how honest and helpful they are. I know I’ll be back when I need new ones. Best tire place in San Diego as far as I’m concerned.

Picked up a screw in a rear tire. At 8:15am it was most inconvenient. Took my workhorse here and was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. The plug looked barbaric and was a big clump of rubber that eventually wore down. I keep her around 60 on the freeway just in case that rear ends up blowing. Only cost $10…no receipt to show my boss for cash out of pocket. Oh well.🤷‍♂️🛞😅

If you want to be scammed here. 04/24/2023 I came to alignment my pruis, after replacing parts. Bought two tires from them. Alignment is $80. The Mexican mechanics behaved unprofessionally, one of them, who walks around like a clown, played with my signal and generally worried only how to tell the customers a higher amount. Then another one who did the alignment, although he didn’t actually do anything, drove my car onto the polemic, hung the sensors, put the props, took the key somewhere by 10mm and twisted it on the left side. Most likely the stabilizer nut. After that, he drove the car and said that everything was ready, it took 7 minutes. They didn’t show me the condition of the car on the monitor, and they didn’t give me papers that you can usually get and where you can see the result of alignment. After that, I left and drove on the freeway. Almost immediately I noticed that the car was pulling a little to the left and heard the sound of the abs sensor beeping. I called these guys and they said to come tomorrow. 04/25/2023 I was already at their opening at 8 am. To the detriment of your work. There was another mechanic, Carlos, who started doing alignment again. It was already much longer, and he was turning the bolts on the right side. I immediately asked him to give me a paper report, he said ok. While I was waiting and watching the process, I was approached by another disabled mechanic who seems to be responsible for defrauding customers for money. And he said that I should leave the working area. Although I was standing outside like all customers usually do, they just didn't want me to see what they were doing to the car and what the red balance monitors were showing. As a result, I was never given the results of alighment, since it was probably never done in a quality manner. I want to pay attention if someone comes to them for alignment, see what they do, because most likely they will try to deceive you too, especially a disabled mechanic who behaves like a clown. Specify prices and be careful with this "service".

By far one of the best if not THE BEST tire shops in San Diego Carlos and his crew are always ready to help out customers in need of a new or good used tire. They will go the extra mile and stay after closing to make sure they take care of your cars tires or alignment. They are all very knowledgeable, experienced and very professional. They always stay competitive with all there pricing and will go the extra mile to win your bussines. They are the ONLY place i go to for tires on all my vehicles in San Diego. Thank you Carlos and the crew you guys are amazing.
