They drained my oil then realized they didn’t have my oil filter. Two options fill me up with oil no charge and go somewhere else to get it changed or wait for auto zone to deliver it. So I waited, took about an hour. No apology, no discount, no thank you for waiting, didn’t check my tire pressure, didn’t fill up washer fluid, didn’t check my engine air filter, NADA. I’ve normally had a great experience at Valvoline, but this one was worse than going to a Take 5 (which I’ll never use again).
