Just Tires

Did a good job on replacing two of my tires, but they said it would take around an hour and I waited there for 2 hours and 50 minutes. They also give you a $20 discount for a google review, so I felt pressured to rate it higher. Basically they are paying for reviews and check that you post it. This is my honest rating without being pressured.

I stopped by because the tire pressure warning light came on and I was worried that there might be an issue. The staff were very polite and professional, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. They clearly explained the pricing in advance and told me that there would be no charge if there was no problem, which I really appreciated. I was also able to enjoy free coffee while waiting. Overall, the service was excellent — I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this place!

The service here is Superb!! I appreciate the staff especially Mrs Sangira Shrestha, warmest welcome and beautiful smile. Fast service and discounts always help lol! Free tire rotation ! Yes Yes and yes! No wait on a Saturday afternoon also was priceless!! 🙌🏾🙏🏾💯🤯

I had scheduled a 6pm appointment to get my right front tire patched. Upon inspection was informed that it could not be repaired as the puncture was in the middle of the outside tread. The sales rep, Sangita Shrestha, recommended that all tires should be replaced due to each tire being close to the wear bar, which was agreed to with a final price of $850. During the tire service, Sangita asked if I’d like my alignment to be done, and I had asked if it was part of the tire package, which she had stated it was. At the end of the service, my bill had raised to $990 and I had asked why the price increase. Sangita then stated that the alignment wasn’t a part of the tire package; therefore, the increased price. Unfortunately, the alignment work had already been completed so I decided to just pay the full amount of the services. Sangita attempted to make amends by discounting the alignment by $60. I am thankful for the discount; however, it is unprofessional trying to add services without fully discussing price points with the customer. In addition, the TPMS light alert is still on and I verified that all tires have adequate pressure in them. I’ll need to make another visit tomorrow to reset the light.

Great Service! Very Professional, Very Knowledgeable, And Very Nice Staff. Recommend 10 out of 10. Also They Offer A Free Tire Rotation With Oil Change. Also They Might Offer You A Cup Of Coffee Haha :D
