Just got my first car, I went to Jiffy and they lacked communication skills and professionalism. At take five they changed my experience. I just thought I was cured when it came to oil changed because they were my third try. The environment was well kept, employees professional, and oil changed! They also checked the air filter, air in my tires, and other stuff I didn’t even ask for. I was missing a cap on my tire and they gave me one free of charge. I love how they’re honest you and offer coupons on their website. Overall the prices were reasonable 10/10 would go again.

this location specifically is wonderful, i'm super happy. the guys were all so very nice & knowledgeable. i know nothing about cars & do everything late - oil, inspections all of it bc i hate it! i bought 2 filters from them bc they showed them to me & explained everything & i needed them! normally, im like no no no bc i don't trust car people & like i said i hate this stuff. they were great! i will use them again! also, the 2 Take 5's that are right by my house never have an inspection guy (or girl!) there..... & i swear when they say they do, ive always come on their lunch break!

Take Five Oil Change is hands down my favorite place to get my car serviced. Everyone there is so nice, super fast, and insanely efficient. I love coming here because I know I’m always going to get top-notch service. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly, which I really appreciate. I also love how they check my filter and go the extra mile to flush out my coolant—such an important part of keeping your car running smoothly. This location can get busy, but honestly, when you have great service and great people, you keep coming back no matter what. Huge shoutout to all the guys there for making every visit a great experience. Special shoutout to Don he’s just exceptional. I really appreciate everything he does, and I’ve got to say, his taste in music is awesome and I love his Metallica tattoo. Keep doing your thing, Take Five!

I've been a customer at Take 5 for a few years now, and I've always gone to the same Take 5 near my house to get my oil and services done. They do an excellent job often in last then 15 minutes. Last weekend, I was away and needed an oil change before I hit the road to travel out of town. I pulled into a random Take 5 not expecting the same treatment because they don't know me. The services were identical, the attitude of the mechanics mirrored the guys on Risinger St. in Ft Worth were I get my regular service done. My wife and I joked that they had been cloned. I am extremely confident that Take 5 has the best oil change service workers in the DFW metroplex. They give great customer service, a bunch of lively, upbeat, good hearted people that seem to enjoy what they are doing, it's rare and I appreciate it. 😊Thanklpl you!

I had to visit 2 different locations to finally get my oil changed. The first location didn't have the oil I needed and couldn't be bothered to call another location to make sure they had the oil and filter I needed...because they didnt have a "contact" at the other location. So, no guarantee I wouldn't waste my time at the next place. I did go on to one of the next closest locations and it took forever to finally get someone to help me. One tech was already helping someone when I got there. He acknowledged me and told me he'd be with me when he finished. Completely acceptable and as it should be. The 2nd tech was inside and the first one had to go in and get him because another customer pulled up behind me. The 2nd tech directed me into the bay and then proceeded to help the person AFTER me and finished with them before the first tech finished with the customer that was there first....and still stood around and did nothing until the first tech came over to assist me. Once they finally changed my oil...it really only took about 5 minutes (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1)...but actually getting to the oil change...between the 2 locations, it was probably an hour or more. I am new to the area and have used other locations and the service was great. The 2 locations it took to get my oil changed this time...need some customer service help!
