I have a '21 Subaru and I regularly take it in to this location as all Valvoline locations have done me good over the years. I only wanted an oil change and as they go down the list of other services that can be done, when it's recommended for you to do so, the price comparison vs the dealership. I got information on my battery needing to be replaced, badly(didn't have my battery but that's ok, they also have a 3 yr warranty for their batteries) and I also got my rear differential fluid flushed out as it needed to be. I got to watch the crew work and confirm their work. Great quick care for maintaining your car! Saved some money and didn't cut down on quality work.

Could not have had better service! The employees greeted me right away when I pulled in and guided me to which bay would be the fastest based on what I needed to get done. They were not pushy at all and very kind, which I very much appreciated. Never going anywhere else for an oil change or my tires rotated or my inspection again!

Oil change was fine but they got oil all over the top of my motor. Had to go buy brake clean to clean is off. My entire truck now smells like burnt oil.

Not sure who helped me yesterday (12/1/25) but the team was all very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my emissions test. They noticed I had my son in the car and got started on the test with preliminary steps while we were still waiting in line so that my son and I weren’t waiting forever—in and out in maybe 20 minutes! The whole process was very quick and painless, and the team was able to answer all my questions quickly and clearly. I like when I come to a shop and it’s not just one person, the team all worked very well together, taking turns tackling individual tasks to make the whole process unfold seamlessly. Definitely would recommend this location to friends and family

Very Thorough polite. A little busy only. Took about 20 minutes. And no it’s not bad at all. Had a coupon. I save some money on synthetic.
