My husband and I had an amazing experience going to the Capalino extension bridge. Erik, our tour guide was very friendly and welcoming right from the beginning. I had a fantastic day at Grouse Mountain with Erick as my guide. I don’t speak English very well and was traveling alone, but Erick made me feel safe and completely at ease. He’s patient, friendly, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese, switching languages whenever I needed help. From the gondola ride to the viewpoints, he explained everything clearly, helped with photos, and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable with the pace.
