I did the granite falls tour, at the end of September. We were fortunate with the weather. It was 20°c and sunny. Our guide was Marco. He made everyone feel welcome. Marco was very clear explaining the safety equipment and rules. Once underway, everything was a joy and a great learning experience about local history and geography. Marco would stop the boat to allow the passengers to take photos along the way. Some of the aquatic life we saw included starfish, harbour seals, and jellyfish. We were also fortunate to see a bald eagle perched on a channel marker! The 3 hours flew by! Thank you, Vancouver Water Adventures, for an unforgettable afternoon!

What an amazing ride we had with Vancouver Water Adventures. Captain Teagan was fantastic. The Granite Falls tour was so worth the time and money. We loved getting the time near the city to view the building from the water and then getting to go up the fjord was super cool! We appreciated the information the captain shared. She was knowledgeable and took time to answer questions too! I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants MORE than just a boat ride!

We joined a group tour with Vancouver Water Adventures, and it was absolutely unforgettable! From the very beginning, their team was professional, kind, and welcoming. Each captain was amazing, but our captain, Simon, went above and beyond to make the experience magical. The route was stunning — starting from Granville Island, through False Creek, past the Lighthouse, Horseshoe Bay, the Sea to Sky Highway, and finally arriving at the beautiful Bowen Island. Along the way, we had so many special moments: spotting sea lions chilling on the rocks, and, if you’re lucky like us, you might even see a pod of 20+ orcas in the wild! Even though I live in Vancouver, this was my very first time joining, and it felt like seeing the city from a whole new perspective. I will definitely recommend it to everyone — it’s a must-try experience that you shouldn’t miss!

Excellent experience with captain Amy! Captain Amy was informative and friendly! Brought home and entertainment to share information about Vancouver. Later tour provided beautiful sunset! During our tour we saw bald eagles, jelly fish, and seals! Would absolutely visit and do the tour again on my next trip out to Vancouver.

Our group had a fabulous time on our Granite Falls tour. The ride was super fun (especially loved the donuts on the open ocean), the views along Indian Arm were stunning, and Granite Falls itself was beautiful. I am an amateur photographer and was in heaven with the variety of subjects to shoot. Our guide was friendly and shared cool facts about the area. Such a great mix of adventure and sightseeing—highly recommend!
