I’ve been seeing Joann consistently for 12 months straight (January 2025–December 2025), and I can confidently say she is the best aesthetician I have ever had. I came to her with oily, acne-prone skin and noticeable hyperpigmentation. After just my first three sessions, I began to see drastic improvements, omething I had never experienced with any other provider. The environment Joann creates is so calming, comforting, and aesthetically beautiful that every appointment feels like a retreat. Her treatments never feel like basic maintenance; they genuinely feel like luxury pampering sessions that I look forward to every month. This spa is good for basic facials, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have acne-prone or sensitive skin. In my experience, the esthetician didn’t seem well-versed in treating troubled skin. If you’re seeking more specialized care or noticeable results, I’d recommend trying a different place.

I got my first ever facial today and had such a great experience! The facility was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything was explained to me clearly, which made me feel right at home. The consultation was thorough and not rushed, and the facial itself was gentle and left me feeling completely renewed. My esthetician was professional, kind, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first facial experience and it was great! I decided to do a dermaplaning + jelly mask. My skin has never been more hydrated and glowy! Her facial room is so cute and relaxing as well! She is such a kind esthetician who clearly cares about her clients. I purchased a moisturizer to help with my dry skin type as well that she recommended. Overall, I recommend Vanié Complexions for your skin care needs!
