To be honest they weren't the first moving company I selected. The night before the move the other company changed the time and it just didn't work for me. I ended up cancelling and reading reviews and selecting Vegas-Moving. Customer service was great from the moment I called. The team I had the day of move was Alex and Roman. They were quick, efficient and professional. Will definitely be using them again!

I recently hired Vegas-Moving for a third-floor move in Las Vegas with no elevator. I sent photos of all my furniture and heavy items ahead of time, including a solid marble table and a large bean bag, so the company knew what the job involved. The two movers who arrived were polite and tried hard, but they were both elderly and really struggled with the heavier pieces — one even showed up in sandals. They had a very hard time handling the larger items and I ended up moving several things downstairs myself just to help keep the move going. We technically finished about 30 minutes early, but only because I worked alongside them the whole time. They were nice people, but for anyone moving from an upper floor or with heavier furniture, I’d recommend asking Vegas-Moving to send a stronger crew that’s better equipped for the job.

I'm so happy I decided to use Vegas-Moving! I ordered new bedroom furniture so I needed a bed disassembled, moved to another bedroom, and reassembled. I also needed some furniture moved to the garage, a mattress and box spring put out to the curb, and a TV mounted on the wall. Both gentleman were so kind and made this process so much easier. They were on time, and very efficient but also very careful not to damage anything. They were also very accommodating when I asked if they could shift the TV mount to the left. When I apologized for the extra work, they just said "It's OK, we just want you to be happy with where it is" which was so nice. The pricing was upfront with no surprises, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend their services and would happily hire them again.

Thanks to these guys that completed my pack + move out + cleaning project for me. The whole process took longer than I expected but they were professional and I felt like my move was handled with care. Cleaning services were also great.
