Called and said I have pressure after putting saline up my sinuses and now there is pressure i asked for a home visit he said no. Shouldn't waste peoples time by adding that to your services if you are hoing to say "no." Glad for telemedicine dang dude. Who refuses money?

Phoned multiple times and left messages on the middle of the night when my daughter woke up with severe ear pain in the middle of the night while on vacation. My first call was at 3:29am, it is now 1:43pm, over 10 hours later and they still have not called back. Fortunately we were able to be seen by another facility who took us in immediately.

Excellent experience! My daughter seemed mildly ill when we arrived and got much worse overnight. So grateful we called. Dr. Logan. He was very thorough with his questions about her symptoms and medical history. He called in a prescription to a nearby pharmacy and we were able to pick up meds in less than an hour. After you initial consult, you still have phone access to him for 24 hours in case of worsening symptoms.
