Shoutout to Laura! Was in town for a work conference, and she gave one of the best fades and beard trims I've ever had!

I came in for a flat top fade and specifically asked that the flat top be kept as low as the crown of my head would allow. Even though I was unsure of their experience with Black hair, I still gave them a chance. I returned the next day to have the fade adjusted higher, which Kevin had offered to do. After that second visit, I noticed there was a bald spot left on the crown of my head. I was genuinely upset by this situation. What I cannot accept is the lack of honesty. Kevin knew what happened and chose not to say anything while I was still in the shop. I have never had this issue with any other barber, so I didn’t even think to check the upper portion of the flat top to make sure it was not cut too low. That was my mistake, and this is something I will unfortunately need to do at future shops. To make matters worse, I tipped him. I will not be returning. Accidents can be understood, but dishonesty cannot be forgiven. If you are considering coming here, proceed with caution.
