I cannot say enough good things about Velazity. We’ve used them three separate times and every time they have been SO gracious to me and my little girls while we waited on repairs. They are fair in their pricing and never made me feel inferior when I anttempted to explain our car issues. They have been so accommodating to us and our schedule since we are a one car family. Their waiting room is clean, comfortable, with coffee and water! If you are looking for a fast, capable and reliable mechanic Velazity is really the place in Laredo! Thank you all so much!

Stopped real quick to help and give a ride to a old lady and little boy that were walking in the rain and a older gentleman came out not even 10 seconds telling me to go away or he’ll call the police even after telling him I was only there to help a old lady real quick who he saw a younger man had to come out and calm him down cause he was still talking about me when I got back in the vehicle with the older lady

It’s always harder when traveling through a city you don’t know to find a Trustworthy, Honest, and Reliable mechanic shop. Our air conditioning was not functioning properly on our very hot drive down from Canada to Mexico. Pilar Velazquez of Velazity and his team embodied all these qualities. His level of explanation of what could be wrong, was thorough and educational. Made it easy to understand the system and how he would diagnose the problem, and offer solutions after. . I took my truck to get the headlights fixed, but the experience was terrible. They took forever to complete the job and charged me an outrageous amount for a fix that failed within two weeks. When I went back to tell them the lights were turning on and off again, they said they'd have to charge me just to check it out. You'd think their work would come with a warranty, especially after such a short time. The worst part was their so-called technician took forever to figure out the problem, which turned out to be just two wiring cables on opposite sides. They charged me for about 4 hours of labor because the technician couldn't figure it out. It was only when a more experienced technician came in that the problem was diagnosed correctly. So, if you need something fixed, I highly recommend going somewhere else where they offer a warranty. It's outrageous to pay for a job half done, only to be expected to come back a few weeks later and pay again for the same issue.
