We had such a good experience with Chip and his team! We had to clean out my partner’s house (packed with so much stuff) and they handled everything super quickly and efficiently. Chip has such a positive, chill energy and made what could’ve been a really stressful job feel easy. Highly recommend Venice Beach Junk Removal!

They were in the area and were able to come a day early. Very accommodating and to avoid noise, took the refrigerator to the shop because new post Palisades requirements say it has to be cut in thirds. Big operation. The gentleman was very curtious and was in and out quickly. Thank you so much Venice Junk Removal!!!

I needed to clear out my garage and found Venice Beach Junk Removal. They delivered 100%. They arrived within two hours of my call and were incredibly flexible and affordable. The team handled everything, from old furniture to electronics to other anppliances. They were fast, professional, and reliable. I also like that they focus on recycling and disposing of everything responsibly. Highly recommend, will definitely use again.

They were able to work with me and my budget; very accomodating and showed up same day within 2 hours of scheduling. Edit. They asked me to post a review before job was finished; they asked me to make a review after paying and signing for a verbal agreement, NOT after the work was done. These guys are also "Malibu Junk Removal" and are about as helpful as a shovel on bedrock. First I called last minute because I had an inspection for my home and needed help clearing the trash; they tried to overcharge me and so when I was about to reject they offered me a deal. Thinking they were giving me a hand I said sure. Half the 30 yard bin for half the cost + 2 helpers and because I hurt my leg, I thought this would be a great opportunity; I should have known better when they showed up with two kids and not men. I got a Jack and Timmy instead of Carlos and Robert. The guy also suddenly put a weight limit even though no weight was verbally agreed on; just half a bin and I wasn't even going to overload it. To make matters worse, they showed up with a non empty bin and they didn't even park it close to my yard so they took more time than needed. I didn't ask them to clean up after either but they left a mess. When finished I realized they hadn't even moved the size of a couch, less than maybe 20 small light items and so I asked if they really thought this amount of work was worth what they charged me. I asked for a partial refund and was instead told to "stand by" and since I did agree to the work I humored them but 3 days later no resolution or timeline. As someone who has been moving 8 tons a day for the past 2 weeks for a full 8 hours + overtime who actually needed help... these guys are not out to assist you. They are just looking to rip people off; perhaps at some point they did honest work but what I seen and experienced was anything but. I tried to compromise and was left wondering, spiteful, bitter. Thats no way for a man to work and these guys should know better for a "fully 5 star" business. I question their authenticity after interacting with them. Any business that starts with asking you for a review before the work done is a red flag. Do not use these guys unless you are desperate, old, rich because of nepotism and ignorant of the value of money and/or everyone else has been kidnapped. Edit2: the owner of the business is claiming some dog poop makes an area inaccessible (at my front yard no less; offered to hose the spot off or to let me grab my shovel but he ignores me and proceeds to tell his kids to put a plastic bag on the spot instead [so they can trip harder; great idea Chip]) and claims my neighbors said they did a wonderful job; they (my neighbors) are the ones who told me to get a partial refund back. You guys made me fail inspection from being unable to get a real team in or a bin and have the nerve to say you did me a service. For what I paid which was like less than 27sqft evidentally and under 30~120lbs of material (and that is being GENEROUS) would be considered criminal to everyone in the service industry. Next time don't give someone a "deal" and just leave. Don't scam people and try to justify it. Please also note prospective clientelle; the owner does not address how he didn't bring me an empty bin, how he left his kids to do the job (without opening the bin) and how he mocks me in his review reply. Instead pats himself on the back to no one's applause; this guy only cares about taking your money. Not an apology but just rude aftercare and work ethic. Honestly shame on you for endangering children. If I paid the full amount knowing how you work now I'd probably have a stroke. You knew what the scope of the project was (literally about 250lbs of material) from pics and touring and said half a bin. If you meant half as in horizontally you should have specified that but who splits/wants a sandwich in half that way or anything really? You knew exactly what I needed and paid for. Why promise something you won't keep? Half bin? You think the landfill charges 100per lb?
