Killer paint job, quick delivery, help with loaner, transparent communications, the list goes on. Highly recommended for body work. They even detailed my vehicle which reminded me how much better it looks when it's cleaned up and brand new looking. Customer service was absolutely pleasant. No games, no doublespeak, no sales pitches, just facts. The inspector and the front desk personified customer service excellence. They could easily go the route of "too bad, so sad", but they chose to work with me and my schedule to make sure I got my car back on time and fully repaired. Excellent human beings. Thank you everyone from Ventura's CARSTAR. Hopefully I won't have to see you guys anytime soon, but I know my car will be in good hands if I do.
