I had a extremely poor experience here. The photographer doesn’t listen to you and does things his way on how you should pose. The pictures she took of my girlfriend didn’t match her personality whatsoever. They have a cheeky sales tactic of luring you in with a cheap price of £45 for the first session and then a week later surprise you with over £1200 to retrieve the photos otherwise it’s deleted after. This wasn’t disclosed at the beginning . All we wanted was files put on a USB but they wouldn’t release this until we paid a package for tiny frames we didn’t want which cost over £1200 for just low quality photos. Complete waste of our time. You’re better off hiring a freelance photographer who actually LISTENS to you and gives you the photos you actually WANT. They even refused to let us see the pictures when he was taking shots during the first session. It also felt rushed. Clearly a scam as they know if they charge you upfront £1000+ no one would even come here

All the staff were super friendly and welcoming we loved our time at the studio. They even had dog treats available for Ruby she loved it too (I think I did more 🥰) Thank you so many amazing images to chose from and I can’t wait to receive them 🙌🙌

I entered into a competition to win a free photoshoot for my dog and won it! It was an amazing experience from start to finish with the photo shoot itself and then the viewing after. Lewis made me feel so comfortable and made the experience all the more better. He made the day so personal and was so enthusiastic and also patient with my pupper! Thank you so much!

Great experience overall. Sophie our Photographer was patient with our two dogs, Bruno and Whisky, and took some great photos. When we went back to view the photos we were greeted by Anj, who took great care of us while using her knowledge to help us pick the best photos for our wall art. Definitely recommend.

From the photo shoot with Sophie to seeing the photos with Ang, we have had an amazing experience. They were patient with us and both our dogs, allowed us to have outfit changes for them. The whole experience has been amazing, we are absolutely in love with all the photos they took and look forward to seeing the ones we are getting made up and to look through the digital ones again as well. We would just like to say a huge thank you to them both for everything. Sharing just a few of the gorgeous photos that were taken.
