Georgia Dixon from Venue Search London helped me to find a perfect hidden gem of a venue for our company Christmas party - there's absolutely no way I would have found it on my own and it really was a special place. Georgia was really helpful from start to finish, putting the feelers out there, and listening to feedback to cast the net further when the right place wasn't in the first round of venues. She personally recommended the venue we chose - and it definitely was the right one. When we were working with the venue she checked in throughout the process to make sure everything was going well. As a team of one it's great to know I have the support of someone like Georgia as event organisation is only a small part of my role but without the right help can feel like a big challenge, so thank you to Georgia for all her help.

VSL (and Kiri in particular) really helped us with sourcing the venue for our 2025 company Christmas party, the service they provided was exceptional. they really took our brief and sourced the best possible options for us that fit our budget and theme. and the handover from them to the venue to continue the planning was seamless. cannot fault them at all, will be using them again!

I have recently used Venue Search London to plan our company Christmas Party and the service is impeccable! Beatrice Peck researched and shortlisted venues for us; she was the one to put together the quotes and liaise directly with the venues, arranging viewings, paying attention to details like lining up viewings according to location and time in between for travel. Very patient when it came to changing plans and dealing with the challenges that planning a large event can bring. I highly recommend and will absolutely continue using their services moving forward. And it's FREE!
