I visited Venus today, to gift myself a pedicure. This would be my 3rd time coming since my mother told me about them. 5 stars both times prior. Today I chose a more expensive pedi than my normal one it was just okay, expected more of a massage since I watched it being given before, and was advised I should try it. Paint job was just okay, they did better prior. And I was asked to pay before my feet were e en dry which was different plus tipped because i believe in wait servicing. I watched as everyone else weren't asked to pay until after their service. Then I watched as another tech took the pedi shoes off a client and put her shoes on her, which I was used to prior. I am not sure who waited on me today, if she is new or not, but consistancy is key when you want returning business.

As you can see, this is the picture of what I wanted versus what I got to be honest the nails look like a kindergarten drew a bunch of lines on it. I’m not happy at all. I’ve been here before and it’s always hit or miss with this place the last time I went, I loved my nails, but it was a very simple, plain glitter polish. I feel like when it comes to designs it’s hit or mess. It depends on who you get. I paid $70 and I am very unhappy I hate looking at them every time I look down at it. It just makes me angry not to mention. The thumbnail is already chipping. This was just yesterday 10/28/25 update the owner called me wanting to make it right I went back and Michelle fixed the nails for me and I am so happy now she did a wonderful job!!! Thank you guys so much for caring about your customers!

Would give no stars only had my nails two days an using no products other than regular hand soap. We got charged 70 a piece and my nails aren't really what I wanted but it was whatever they started bubbling first and then chipping n cracking off!!! This isn't the first time I haven't been happy with this place but just thought it was due to the stylist doing them. I brought my four friends with me and they weren't happy we all got over charged I guess because we were in a group they knew they could make money off of us!!! A few months ago I paid 40$ now 70 for same stuff diff color.
