The friendly staff Stephanie is very accommodating and very helpful in helping me understand the coverage of my insurance. She always tell me if I have questions to always feel free to call that make me feel welcome and warmth. OMG. This place honestly is THE BEST insurance place I’ve gone to in LA. They are ALWAYS so friendly and always get me the best rates! I was even able to pay my annual registration and I’ll be getting my sticker next Monday! No messy DMV visit or confusing paperwork. They even helped me change my address for my car registration. Like they really helped me do everything and I’m so grateful. Guadalupe IS THE BEST!! She even remembered my birthday. She was honored for “Outstanding Customer Service” in 2017 & I can see why. I’m gonna for sure come back and also recommend this place to other. 🙂
