Amazing service! Guadalupe Ramirez helped me on opening up a new policy and walked me through the whole process. She made sure I knew what I was getting into and went above and beyond to make sure I got a great deal!(: The staff here is so friendly! Had an amazing experience at this location, thanks to Guadalupe Ramirez, she was very polite and helpful with getting me my new insurance policy. Very hospitable and polite. Her customer service far exceeds expectations. Recommend this location and insurance agent to everyone.

The friendly staff Stephanie is very accommodating and very helpful in helping me understand the coverage of my insurance. She always tell me if I have questions to always feel free to call that make me feel welcome and warmth. The rest of the staff we’re very easy to approach and had the smiling faces to welcome you in this beautiful place, clean, and spacious. All I can say is highly recommendable and a must to visit. The manager Lucy is very supportive and helpful as well. Overall impression “excellent service and people oriented with the eagerness to help all their customers.

OMG. This place honestly is THE BEST insurance place I’ve gone to in LA. They are ALWAYS so friendly and always get me the best rates! I was even able to pay my annual registration and I’ll be getting my sticker next Monday! No messy DMV visit or confusing paperwork. They even helped me change my address for my car registration. Like they really helped me do everything and I’m so grateful. Guadalupe IS THE BEST!! She even remembered my birthday. She was honored for “Outstanding Customer Service” in 2017 & I can see why. I’m gonna for sure come back and also recommend this place to other. 🙂
