3/22 afternoon walked in the store. Looked like 3 employees there and nobody bothered to say hello. Terrible customer service. Walked out with nothing

They have some nice collection of clothes but sad to see they have really horrible staff. The 2 ladies working there are so rude, impatient and need to take some class on customer service.

I sure wish I would’ve read the reviews before buying a few things here for my wife for her birthday. These ladies at the store in Irving m, TX are insanely rude and extremely unhelpful. I had to call the corporate office and it took over an hour to get things resolved on a return. They said “they were just following policy “.,…. Ok…..but still extremely rude! I’m pretty sure you can follow a policy without being a jerk! And when a guy walks in, you might want to even try a little harder because it’s hard for us to walk into a woman’s store like this in the first place!

Horrible customer service and felt very discriminated. I entered at 7:55pm to take a peek at a dress I’d seen on IG and the lady who was speeding towards the door states in an annoyed voice “we close in like 3 minutes, what did you need?!” I state I was gonna peek at a dress. When I left, she went to unlock the door for me at 7:59pm and didn’t say anything to me, not a thank you or have a great day. All this happened while there was actively 8 people in the store shopping and paying. The dress and purse I wanted were there but I decided not to purchase.
