A decent boutique coffee roaster, offering up their own for drip, pour overs, espresso. They are sporting a modest kitchen, which is a tad smaller than the coffee counter. They offer a short slate of house made pastries as well as packaged coffee. The kitched also does some breakfast dishes, toasts, salads, etc.. On the North side of 18b with its own parking lot, seating for about 25. The La Marzocco machine impresses, and it means they MUST be filtering this Las Vegas water. Roasts from what I can see in the grinder bins are on the light side of medium roast, and a tad dry on the outside. The one 12 oz. drip I got ran true to form with that dry observation (one free refill). Less my style, but well executed. Mr. Barrista chatted with me a bit, and handed me an Americano. Definitely shows a lot more character, but subdued. These always come out too hot for me, and oxidized a bit in the cooling. Aromatics of... sorry for the beer jargon, dried grain, almost bready, reminsicent of a good Brown Ale or an English Dark Mild. Taste includes lightly vinuous, or wine-y character. The dry sensation is gone. Def. if you want the more complex characteristics, go for the espresso options. There is a third crew tending to the roaster, which is adequately vented,or the whole shop would smell of it. Clean and neat facility, !~20% dedicated to roasting.

Like other location- This Vesta location didn’t disappoint. Place was packed at 10 am in the morning on a weekday. There is a long line but moves to get to go goods. Tried their special of the day - pan de muerto with black sesame. Bread was fresh, delicious, and tasted well. Avoided getting our usual and tried the seasonal drinks- loved the salted caramel banana latte- delicious. Will definitely come back and eat in nice time.

Flew into Las Vegas and went searching for a real specialty coffee experience — and Vesta Coffee Roasters delivered in every way. Their commitment to quality and sustainability shows from the very first sip. I tried their Anaerobic Ethiopian Wush Wush (Sama Oromia region) — tasting notes of strawberry, watermelon, and peach tea. My palate was dancing! The café itself is clean, minimalist, with a subtle industrial vibe. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly love what they do. This place isn’t just serving coffee — it’s curating an experience that honors both farmer and flavor.

Absolutely delicious!! We had an almond croissant (unbelievably good, light and airy with an amazing filling), the Herb Avocado Toast (amazing sourdough bread with great herbs), and the Vesta Breakfast with Turkey Sausage (probably the BEST breakfast sandwich I have ever had! Had some slight honey flavoring throughout, I was worried the bread would be too heavy but it was light and airy.) also had the chicken soup (this was not a favorite and didn’t taste very fresh but was still good), and had a Vanilla Cardamom Latte which was amazing! It is a loud atmosphere and there was a long wait to order but the food came out fairly quick after we ordered and it was worth the wait!

We are coffee and pastry snobs of the highest order. My wife is a professional, French-trained, pastry chef and we make it our living to try coffee and pastries everywhere in the world that our travels take us. We went off-Strip because that is how we roll and prefer more authentic establishments. Vesta Coffee Roasters did not disappoint. Quite the contrary, we were delighted and will be back before we leave even though we are in Vegas for just a few days. The croissant was excellent. I could tell from the moment I touched it. The lamination, butter content, and baking was, I dare say, near perfect. Crusty and flaky on the outside, moist and perfectly cooked elastic on the inside. I would have added a tad more salt to the butter but that is my own personal taste. My wife lost her mind with the cardamom bun. We are big fans of cardamom buns and she felt that this is one of the best she has had, ever. We are coming back for more of these and packing them with us for our trip home. The salmon toast hit the spot. The sourdough toast was excellent and the cream cheese and dill spread was exactly right. The salmon was thick and plentiful. I wish the salmon had been a bit smokier but again that is a personal choice. I would order it again in a heartbeat. Finally, the coffee. We ordered extra hot (160F) cappuccinos and, although we tend to like our roasts a bit darker, the quality and taste was excellent. Probably the best we have had during our stay in Vegas. Five stars all around with some small suggestions that would take Vesta Coffee Roasters well over the top. Make sure you visit them while in Vegas!
