Tim was fantastic. He took my call immediately and arranged to come to the house, arriving very quickly. He handled my pet with great care and carried out a thorough examination. With suspected pancreatitis, Tom administered medication and gave clear advice for the following few days. He also said he’d be available on WhatsApp for updates, which was incredibly reassuring. Just a few hours have passed and Enzo is already doing much better (even eating again.) The service was exactly what I needed as I can’t transport my pet.
