The gentleman who came to look at my door was very polite and professional, explained everything he was doing to troubleshoot my issue, and was able to solve it. I am very satisfied with the experience I had. The technician was extremely honest, was not pushy trying to sell me anything. I asked several questions and he gave me honest answers saying everything else about the garage door was good. It would’ve been easy for him to say I could use new hardware here and there. From my experience this company has integrity and is honest with their customers. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I need anything else
