This time my cat was diagnosed with megacolon and was referred to a specialist in veterinarian, who prescribed only gabapentin and provided no treatment while my cat was unable to defecate and suffering, raises serious questions for me about whether they were doing their job properly as a veterinarian. How frustrating it must be for a cat that cannot pass stool! I feel that at least minimal treatment should have been provided. I believe this clinic treats animals merely as a means to make money.

I took my pug Thursday morning they gave him antibiotics I told them if there was life-threatening and they said no he had ponymonia they just gave me the antibiotics and send him home he passed away today he only lasted a day and a half to everyone think twice before taking your pets here they just take your money and not focus on your dog health 🐕🙏🏻rip WERO

We have had great experiences at Veterinary Care Center of Laredo. Our dog has always received excellent care, the vets always get back to us with answers to our questions, and the staff are courteous, competent and thoughtful. I highly recommend this clinic.

Great and friendly staff! Dr. Martin took wonderful care of my fur baby and made sure he was comfortable at all times. The technicians were very helpful in guiding me on what to do with my pet. I will definitely not be taking my pets anywhere else! ❤️

While I was very happy with my visit here. Follow up has been non-existent with this office. It turns out my dog needs a maintenance medication. I didn't get a promised phone call about the results of her blood test. Nor another promised call from the Vet once I called them, nor yet another promised call back concerning buying the meds she needs. If you decide to bring your pet here these folks are very kind, conscience, professional and the prices are awesome. However, be prepared to come back in person daily if a follow up is needed.
