Me and my coworker work at a cat shelter down the road from VEG. I had to take my grandpas cat here a couple of days ago, everyone was super nice, let us stay with Lobo (the cat) the whole time. Made us feel super comfortable while dealing with the stress of taking a cat that's not mine to the er. Somewhat affordable for the level of care we got. We got triaged immediately, while other places told us a 4-6 hour wait! Definitely coming back to this location if something were to happen again! Thank you to everyone there for helping and being super kind every step of the way!

We just took our dog to Veterinary Emergency Group in Dublin for the first time and were very pleased with the experience. Our dog is timid and the warm, professional team supported him beautifully. There was no wait time and we were with him the entire time. The team did an excellent job keeping us informed. They did a full diagnostic review and we are relieved to know that he has no other health issues. The location in Dublin is accessible and ideal. We were surprised and grateful to learn that we could stay with our pet if he had needed an overnight. We consulted with our Vet before taking our dog to VEG and they gave it a positive review. Thank you VEG Dublin team for being there when our sweet baby needed you!

Dr. Merrill and the staff are awesome. Everyone is very friendly and caring. For a 24 hour Vet it is reasonable and they explained the cost upfront with no unnecessary tests. My dog is fully recovered and I have them to thank.

We took our girl Nova to VEG as she was in a critical state from her spay surgery the day before. (not from veg) Our vet recommended VEG and called them prior to our arrival. From the time I pulled up with our girl the care was top notch! Sherri, the receptionist greeted us with a gurney and techs to take Nova inside to get started. Our dog had to have a complicated surgery that required a transfusion of her own blood which still amazes me. Dr. Fletcher and her team took the most wonderful care of my Nova. Dr. Fletcher and her surgical team, was patient and supportive explaining everything to us and answering my 1000 questions along the way. I felt so confident in their knowledge and just watching them as I knew my Novey was in good hands. I would not ever hesitate to take any of our 5 dogs to them should an emergency arise again. Hopefully, it won’t! So, to Dr, Fletcher, your surgery team and Sherri the receptionist, thank you for everything you did for us and will continue to do for all your furry patients you care for. I know they will receive the same care and passion of your gift as we did. We are furever grateful. You gave us more time with our sweet girl! Thank you! 💛

Such a lovely facility, with some amazing staff. We were greeted and promptly treated. All the staff were friendly, helped calm and talk us through each step and possible procedures to look into. Gave you an itemized list / estimate, and talked in depth about each one and what they would be treating or looking for. Answered all my questions and educationed me in the things my kitten either had or may be going through, what signs to look for. They handled my kitten very gently, and while the worked switfly the environment was also extremely relaxed as well. The facility was clean, well lit, open floor plan so you can see the veterinary staff working on your pet in real time. They had seating stations and a snack and beverage area while you waited. My kitten had fallen from the second story stair case and I was terrified coming in, but the staff were wonderful and luckily my kitten was okay too. I feel very reassured knowing this place exists and is open 24 hrs for when it matters most.
