Very bad client service!!! Not recommended at all. We called to reserve for a specific simulator for 2 hours; they said it is available at 21h so we changed our schedule and invited people. When we arrived they gave our place to their friends although other simulators were available!! They said even you reserved, they may change your reservation without any NOTICE ! WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY!!!
