Via Triozzi is one of our favorite places in Dallas, full stop. From the moment you walk in, it feels warm, elevated, and intentional. It is the kind of restaurant that makes you relax instantly and trust that you are about to have a great meal. The food is consistently exceptional. Every dish feels thoughtful and perfectly balanced. What truly sets Via Triozzi apart is the people. We absolutely adore the staff and the owner. They are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You feel known, appreciated, and taken care of every single visit. Via Triozzi never misses, and we cannot recommend it enough. 5 out of 5 stars for both their dinner and brunch menu.

The food is amazing and the staff is top notch. Very professional I love the atmosphere and overall vibe. We sat at the bar and the bartender staff was so attentive and knowledgeable. I got the linguine with clams and my husband got the chicken cacciatore. The fresh mozzarella was out of this world and don’t skip the bread. We will definitely be going back. I highly recommend.

We came across Via Triozzi in the Greenville neighborhood of Dallas after searching for authentic Italian during a weekend visit. The hostess warmly accommodated our party of six at the last minute, and we’re so glad she did! The space is cosy and was decorated for Christmas, giving it the feeling of being in someone’s home. The owner, Lee, explained that the anchovy bread was her grandmother’s recipe. We tried that, which was warm, savory and fluffy as well as the fritto misto (mixed fried shellfish) and whipped ricotta starters. Entrees ordered were the branzino, linguine with clams, fettuccini bolognese and a unusual pear and ricotta ravioli. The pastas were all freshly made, and everything was flavorful and light. The desserts (tiramisu and deconstructed cannoli) were also delicious and perfect for sharing. When we finished, Lee also told us that the lasagna is another family recipe and a house specialty. We’ll try that when we’re back next time! Grazie!

Via Triozzi is located in a high-energy district with lots of sports bars and nightlife, and it definitely stands out for its Italian cuisine, décor, and ambience. It’s a great spot for locals, but may not be worth the trip if you live farther away. The menu is unique but somewhat limited, so if you have food allergies, it’s a good idea to check it ahead of time. Do not sit next to the elevator and the kitchen in the corner — try to avoid that area. Reservations are required. The restaurant also has a rooftop that’s perfect for drinks and dessert.

One of the best places we have been to. Food was really good, mozzarella cheese appetizer is a must have. Drinks are very fine, both cocktails & wine selection. One of our best dinner dates
