Vibe Event Rentals were amazing to work with. Everything was seamless, from the initial conversation, to payment, delivery and pickup. The product was exactly what the pictures and description showed. Sadie and Caitlin were professional and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend Vibe! Review for VIBE Event Rentals We had an amazing experience with VIBE Event Rentals! From start to finish, the team was professional, organized, and incredibly supportive. Sadie was wonderful to work with—friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure our event went smoothly. The rentals were high-quality, everything arrived on time, and the setup was exactly as we envisioned. VIBE truly helped bring our event to life, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or special event. Quick and professional service on short notice and very little instructions from us. This team knows how to read between the lines and make valid suggestions to get the job done. Very easy to deal with and quality items on site. I was very impressed with the washroom trailer for our event and the pricing for all items!

As an event planner for a non-profit, working with Vibe Event Rentals was a fantastic experience. From working with Sadie, who was able to respond all my requests and updates in a timely manner, to the onsite team that set up our tent and chairs well before the event - the team took a massive load off my plate. It was also so helpful to our team or staff/volunteers that we did not need to tear down tables/chairs - Vibe Rentals handled all those details for us. I would highly recommend and will certainly be using them for further events!
