Finding a vet you can trust is hard! We have a senior cat who has had a multitude of issues. Vickery Place was amazing at addressing our concerns, being available to answer our questions, and never once made me feel as if I was overreacting to the little things. When he needed surgery, they helped us find the right vet for the job and were a huge support in recovery. They helped us with our new puppy as well. They were often able to help us find time last minute, even when it was for a kitten I found on the side of the road who desperately needed care! We have since moved out of state and I miss the care and kindness they gave our pets and us.
I visited this clinic 2 weeks ago explaining the issue my dog was facing with her ear. They sent me home saying it was allergies and gave her an allergy shot. 2 days later I reached out again to the place explaining my concern with her shaking her head non-stop and was told to wait for the medication to work. Now I have a dog with blood in her ear and they won't accept to see me if I won't pay another consultation. Very disappointed with the care provided to my dog and wouldn't recommend this location.
We’ve taken our pets to Vickery Place for many, many years and would not trust anyone else! Our sweet Stella girl has anxiety and they take such good care of her when we have to board. Dr. Kores is the best doctor we have ever worked with and I highly recommend her and the team for your pet care needs!
Took me seriously. Was wonderful and thoughtful. Loved how cute and clean the place was. And they didn't try to overcharge or add services i didn't need or ask for! Will be coming back
I've been taking my dogs to Vickery Place for a few years now, so it's about time I wrote a review. I love taking my dogs to this vet clinic. They are so kind and always welcome you with a smile. My 4-year old beagle sees Dr. Martin and my 1-year old beagle sees Dr. Miranne. Both vets are truly incredible to work with and fit the personalities of my dogs so well, which really was just luck of the draw, but I'm very grateful for it. They are open and honest about treatment plans, quick to answer any questions, and truly seem to love the animals they work with. I don't often dread taking my dogs to the vet because I know they're in good hands here. A glowing review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the veterinary assistant team. Briana, Taylor, and Emma are just a few who I've worked/talked with enough to be able to say how truly wonderful they are. I know I've met more than that and they've all been so lovely. Finding a vet home for my dogs wasn't something I took lightly and I'm so glad we landed here. If you're not sure of where to take your pets, I would HIGHLY recomend Vickery Place.
