Had the absolute pleasure of having Dr. Sibley perform a procedure for me today. As soon as I arrived and he began to speak to me all of my worries and anxieties melted away due to his calm and comforting energy and the way he explained everything that he was doing step by step. Went for help with a bumpy scar on my nose in 2023. Asked if surgery was a better option since I was worried how lasers may make it worse. Told them I trusted their judgement for best treatment. Received 2 treatments of CO2 Laser from esthetician on the scar and now it’s more bumpy and ugly than ever. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Had to make special request to even see a doctor to discuss situation (Sibley) and not just an esthetician. He spent 30 seconds with me, and clearly didn’t even review my history or previous surgery and laser treatments to understand the journey I took to get there.
