They're kind of like the Bins but not really... They have discounted items from like Costco and Amazon I believe if you're looking for speakers electronics arcade machines furniture some dog and cat food things like that.

I found a listing for a "cat tree" that I had been searching for. Plenty of places sell them but they also charge an arm and a leg and then some. I have scene this place for several years when passing by. My perception of what it is was off after today. The listing was on Marketplace. A cat tree with no carpet! I was excited at this point. Something I did not have to put together! Score! Since moving, that is all I feel like I have been doing. I arrived shortly after the opening time of 7am. Fully fearful many others are looking for the same thing I have been while being misled by Marketplace sellers who are often not really selling. I am on a budget that I have been sticking to rather well. I arrived at the location, was welcomed and asked if I could be helped. Not over whelming like so many other places. I was shown the item I went to get and was quickly shown it. I looked around the rest of the store and was impressed with selection. My purchase was made which is what I went for but will be sure to check out the inventory. It was loaded into my vehicle and the transaction was great. Transaction was simple and no pressure on buying more. Pleasant team. Hours are a bit difficult to work with and M-F can be difficult but it is worth it if you can get by.

Victory Electronics is a hidden gem for anyone who’s hunting for a deal, I found a solid flat-screen TV and speaker setup at prices way below retail, and they had a surprising variety of gear from computers to home appliances. The store feels more like a liquidation warehouse than a showroom, some items are “as-is” or overstock, but if you’re flexible, the savings can be worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated discovering items I didn’t even know I needed. Definitely one of the best electronics “bargain-hunt” spots in Phoenix.

I was looking through Facebook marketplace for a few different things. I came across a posting for a electric automatic dog ball launcher for only $20. Brand new in the box. These specific types brand new in the box which would normally run you around $70 to $100. I noticed this was a business location and not an individual person. I drove over to the location immediately to pick one up. This place is amazing. There are so many goodies in every corner. Soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. Everyone was very kind and helpful. They were also very accommodating in allowing me to open the box and make sure the balls were included and that the launcher worked. I will definitely be going back again when I have actual time to get a better look around. This time I will be bringing my husband along. I already told him about all the goodies and he's very excited to check this place out. The prices are amazing and the employees are great. I'm so glad I came across their post.
