So impressed! Ordered a book from their website, and it was delivered in a cute bag - hanging from my doorknob THE NEXT DAY!! That's faster than the big A company that we all hate to order from, but secretly love the speed of their delivery. So keep that in mind next time you're deciding whether to support the big A, or the smalltown book store! Viewpoint has been able to get me every book I have looked for, and their prices and delivery speed have been on par with the other options - so I will gladly shop local!

Don't see many independently owned bookstores any more and this store isn't one to miss. Fantastic assortment of books and collectibles spread out over nice wide aisles. They also have a fun toy/book area for kids. Store is spotless inside and the bulding is in great condition too. It has an old-time feel with large front windows and a corner door entrance. The staff was wonderful too and you didn't have to wait long to checkout like at the big-box bookstores. Parking was street level and most spots had 3-hour parking without meters. I sincerely wish them success in the future. We need to keep our small business history alive.

Viewpoint Books is an absolute gem in downtown Columbus! Not only is the selection of books amazing—carefully curated with something for every reader—but the staff truly makes the experience special. What really stood out to me was how kind and welcoming they were to my two Yorkies. They treated them like little VIPs, offering smiles, pets, and even a cozy spot to relax while I browsed. It made the visit even more enjoyable knowing my pups were just as appreciated as I was! If you’re a book lover (and a dog lover), this is definitely the place to be. I can't wait to go back!

This is such a treasure in Columbus. Cozy bookstore and friendly people. They have a great kids section with toys. There are books for all ages and the people there will help you find the perfect book. I love all the sticky notes where the employees recommend their favorite books. Viewpoint is such a vital and special part of our community.
