I came in with zero modeling skills and somehow left looking like I knew what I was doing—thanks entirely to this Vikrant. Super easy to work with, great at giving clear and confidence-boosting posing directions, and full of helpful tips on hair, outfits, and how not to look awkward in front of a camera. His knowledge of lighting and skin tones is next-level, and the whole session felt relaxed and fun instead of stiff or stressful. Honestly a great experience—I’d 100% recommend them to anyone, amateurs included!

A Priceless Gift — Exceptional Service During an Incredibly Difficult Time I recently experienced the most heartbreaking and unexpected loss — my husband passed away suddenly at just 35 years old. As you can imagine, planning a Celebration of Life under such emotional circumstances, and doing it all last-minute, was incredibly overwhelming. One of the most important things to me was capturing this day — not just for myself, but especially for our two very young children, who are just 3 years old and 6 months old. I wanted them to have something to look back on when they’re older — to hear the stories, the love, the memories that people shared about their dad. With very little time, I came across Vikrant Photography on Thumbtack. He had great reviews, and from our very first conversation, I could tell he was someone I could trust. We spoke twice before the event, and what stood out to me was how intentional he was about understanding my vision and what truly mattered to me. He didn’t just treat this like another job — he listened with compassion and professionalism, and it was clear he genuinely cared about delivering something meaningful. Initially, I hired him for videography — I had requested two videographers to make sure every moment was captured. Less than 12 hours before the event, I realized how important it was to also have photography. I reached out, unsure if it was even possible to make that change so last minute, but Vikrant immediately stepped in. He rearranged his own schedule so that he could personally photograph the event while his team handled the videography. That kind of flexibility, especially in such short notice, was incredible. His pricing was more than fair — especially considering the urgency of the situation — and at no point did I feel like he was taking advantage of the circumstances. On the contrary, he treated the entire process with integrity, respect, and care. After the event, he even hand-delivered the final drive with the photos and videos, since he lived nearby — another personal touch that meant a lot. The final result was everything I hoped for. The quality of the photos and videos was excellent, but more than that — his team managed to capture the emotion of the day. The speeches, the hugs, the laughter through tears… these are moments I will cherish forever, and more importantly, my children will one day be able to witness the impact their father had on others. That is absolutely priceless. I cannot recommend Vikrant and his team enough. They went above and beyond in one of the most sensitive and emotional times of my life. They were professional, talented, and above all — kind. I will absolutely be hiring them again for future photography or videography needs, and I’m deeply grateful for what they provided for my family.
