An excellent gym with loads of equipment and some really tasty classes, which are lead by some very highly qualified personal trainers, most notably Dylan who knows so much about how your body works.

I want to give a big shout out to Nicola Kaminsky who does brilliant spin classes. Nicola plays great music and varies it on a weekly basis; she delivers the class with energy and humour and her laugh is infectious! More importantly, Nicola takes my needs into account and offers alternatives to support me - she really is a top instructor

Honestly the village gym is amazing. Facility itself was phenomonal and what makes it ten times better are the staff there. Especially when its Jack Mckessy and Ahlam working. They are so welcoming and motivating all the time and always know how to make me smile. Makes my day and brings me back in there to use the amazing facility. Ice baths unbelievable aswell.
