I had an excellent experience working with this diamond shop on a custom engagement ring. They followed all of my specifications perfectly and were incredibly patient through multiple redesigns and revisions. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and they were efficient without ever making me feel rushed. They were also very accommodating in allowing me to use an outside diamond, and they handled a highly detailed custom design with no issues. The initial pricing quote was very fair and transparent, with no surprises later on. Most importantly, the finished ring looks even better in person than I expected. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show. I would absolutely come back here in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom ring or fine jewelry.

5 stars Sylvia was great and excellent. She was quick and efficient. I took my 5 month old to get her ears pierced and she was very gentle. My baby didn’t even cry. Will definitely recommend

My wife bought me a TagHeuer watch from this place. 3 years later it stopped auto winding, she brought it in to see what was wrong with it. Never got a call or any communication, when we called they said it was done, and the bill was $375.00 never asked if we wanted to proceed with the work. When I went there the owner Elena said the problem was it needed to be cleaned ? So it just stopped working because it needed to be cleaned and lubricated . So they charged me almost 400 dollars just to clean and lubricate the watch. I also bought a Michelle watch from them for my wife years ago. I will NEVER go back there again and it’s their loss because I have a Rolex that needs service, don’t go to this place they are very greedy and are bad business people!
