I went into Viomedspa on November 23 mainly concerned about deep lines around my mouth and chin. I was advised to do filler in that area along with Botox elsewhere and trusted the recommendation, spending about $1,400. After a month, I saw very little improvement in the area that mattered most to me. I documented my progress and no one close to me noticed a meaningful difference. At my follow-up, I was told that I would have needed additional vials of filler and that what I received wasn’t going to make much of a difference due to the depth of the lines. That information should have been clearly explained during the initial consultation. Had I known upfront, I would have skipped Botox and focused my budget on filler instead

These girls wow’d me. I was here once before and I guess I had booked for the other location this time but drove over here, not only did they make it no big deal and handled all the details for canceling for me but they made room and squeezed me in to still get my service. Everyone is exceptional in their customer service, making you feel welcome and taking care of my foolish mistake. I won’t book elsewhere again but only come here. Thank you girls I really appreciate what you did for me today.

If you ever need a facial, filler, Botox etc VioMed Spa on Bertram is a MUST! Liz did my filler and she was fabulous. Cant wait for Botox. Natasha did my facial and was amazing. Book now. Do not wait, this place is the best.

I had the best experience with Natasha for my HydraFacial! She was incredibly informative, walking me through every step and making sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. She was so gentle and made the whole process feel relaxing and soothing. My skin felt amazing afterward clean, hydrated, and glowing! I truly appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable she was. Highly recommend booking with Natasha if you want great results and a calming, professional experience!
