Esme did such a wonderful job with my very nervous and skittish puppy. We were way overdue for getting her first professional groom, but kept having to delay because she was sick with one thing after another as a young pup. She now hates being handled after repeated vet visits… but she came away from VIP happy as a clam, and cute as a button. So appreciative of the first puppy experience!
Great experience for me as I have been grooming our aging yet very active Terrier for 3 years and now he is more resistant & I am getting scratches on my arms, have to wear gardening sleeves & gloves. So I explained to Alyssa his appointment groomer, & she said she will be aware and also followed my request not to use scissors on his face near his-eyes (as he had been poked in the Left eye possibly with a scissors tip, by a groomer at Bow Wow Meow in Menlo Park & result was a scratch on his Cornea & now blind in-that eye). He is a licensed CA Therapy Dog, who now provides aide & confort to Persons with Dementia & Alzheimers. Is a good listener during story reading for anyone. Alyssa was so careful with him & she had a second person help to hold him & keep him calm. He looks so great and she did a perfect grooming. I realize that I under tipped her but will definitely be more generous next grooming. VIP is SUPER!..Tip your Groomer👍🏽
Adam is the best!!!! He is so meticulous and has a *great* eye for aesthetics. my pup looks like the cutest IN THE LAND every time she goes to see “uncle Adam” Absolutely recommend. your pup will be in excellent hands with Uncle Adam ❤️
I had a great experience. My mini schnauzer had matted hair between the paws and the team was very responsive and timely - and such an incredible price! My dog can now walk comfortably after just 10 minutes with Esme 😁
We are so happy with our dog’s new haircut! Yesterday was our first time at a VIP and we couldn’t be more pleased. Our dog came back looking fantastic and the team there did a great job listening to our requests and communicating along the way. We’ll definitely be coming back!
