Took our Shih Tzu, Sadie Mae in to be groomed and they did a great job with her. They were able to book us an appointment in only a few days, so it was very convenient. The facility was nice and clean and the employees were pleasant as well.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR GROOMING UNLESS YOU WANT A BALD PET. She shaved my cat without consent. My cat also did not have matting so there was no reason for this. I am appalled. I am also DISGUSTED with the attitude from the receptionist I spoke to on the phone. Poor practice, poor quality, poor everything. The fluffy picture is her before coat.

I was reluctant to have our Yorkie groomed here only because she has had the same groomer since she was old enough to have a haircut HOWEVER I was incredibly impressed with our puppy’s haircut today! I don’t leave reviews often but felt this business deserved to be acknowledged. I’ll be taking her here from now on!

I’ve always been anxious about leaving my dogs in the care of someone else so for over 20 years I’ve been grooming my own dogs. After getting our newest dog I realized I was not skilled enough to do him on my own. I was nervous and spent hours researching who other local pet owners were recommending, especially those with Poodles. I am very pleased with our experience at VIP Grooming. Morgan was kind and honest. She took her time to explain what she did and let me know what things I need to work on with him so he can be more comfortable during the process. I admire her patience and talent because I know it was not easy to get him looking this good. I would definitely recommend and will continue taking my boy here. These pictures are several days after our visit but you can still see the lovely job she did.
