Megan and her team were AMAZING! They helped me purchase this house years ago and that was an awesome experience, so I knew to call them to sell it! They were proactive in supporting all details from staging ideas to final sale (as I requested my closing be in my new home state of Oklahoma instead of NM) and inspection findings. Their experience and expertise had my house sold in under two weeks for asking price! I highly recommend Vista Encantada for buyers and seller! I need to mention how they handled inspection details, taking multiple bids for work needed and all completed within deadline. It was an absolute joy working with Vista Encantada again!
