This review is to state my concern about doing business with or receiving services at Vitality Med Spa. It's unfortunate that I must write this review. I used to go here for years until my favorite nurse left their practice. Today, after calling in to book a consultation, I spent over an hour completing their medical history form online. After completing this history, I discovered on a separate form that Vitality charges a fee if you do not end up purchasing products. While this is not unreasonable, it is Discourteous for Vitality to not transparently inform their prospects up front, so I called and stated my concern. The employee did not apologize and said clients can discover this information in the forms. (Does everyone read every line of every form they complete for medical offices?!) I suggested that it would be fairer and more respectful to their prospects to be transparent about fees up front so that no one's time is wasted. She argued with me and showed no understanding of my concern; the aggressiveness surprised me and I immediately felt that something here was very wrong. I said that if Vitality doesn't respect my time then I can't make them, and then I cancelled the appointment. This conduct by Vitality is a Deceptive Marketing Tactic where Seller makes an attractive initial offer, Buyer expresses interest, Seller then delays vital information while the Buyer makes an investment of time and resources, Buyer then discovers the vital information yet feels pressure to move forward because of their time & resource investment in spite of the distrust which has been fostered by the seller's tactic. The combination of the tactic together with the employee's unapologetic defense of the tactic and failure to acknowledge its impact on me, made it clear that I should not trust doing business with Vitality, much less trust them to provide medical services. As the saying goes, "If you can't trust a person in small things, you cannot trust them with big things."

Awful spa with ignorant & unqualified staff that shouldn’t be allowed to do medical treatments. Also the lady who works here named Rachel is a prejudice bigot.
