I've started doing red light therapy for 3-4x a week for about 1 month and not only am I experiencing the pain in my body leave, and my skin become more tight and smooth...I've also been sleeping like a baby! The customer service is excellent and I'm so relaxed during the 20 minute red light session that I fall asleep. I recommend this service 100%!

I typically come just for that, but I’ve also gotten a relaxing massage to help with shoulder pain from bad desk posture 😬 and I can recommend both of those services! I booked a special intro package including an adjustment, x-ray, and some other services. The receptionist said that I would have an adjustment with Dr. Melissa who has a lot of great reviews here, but when I went in it was with Dr. Holani instead. I was fine with that at first, but it was by far the worst adjustment I’ve ever had. He spent most of the time showing me what various issues *could* look like on a model spine, but then informed me I didn’t have any of those issues. It felt like a student giving a presentation that had no relevance on my situation. He then spent maybe five minutes assessing my body by touch and made a few extremely minor adjustments. It was a huge waste of time. I was really looking forward to the x-rays thinking they might help with assessment, until a friend who’s a massage therapist told me he wouldn’t trust chiropractors who do x-rays as part of an intake and encouraged me to do some reading on the subject. Everyone from the National Institute of Health to other chiropractors warn against the practice, saying it’s usually part of a scam to scare people into longterm treatment they don’t actually need. I hate to leave a bad review on a small business, but peoples’ health is important and this whole experience felt scammy and completely unhelpful. People seem to love the red light therapy here, and maybe Dr. Melissa is great like the reviews say, but I wouldn’t go here again.

If you’re considering red light therapy, Vitality Sol is the place to go! Jane is absolutely fantastic—she listens, truly cares, and goes the extra mile to make sure you have the best experience. Westyn Narvaez is an excellent chiropractor … feels more like a massage than an adjustment and a fantastic listener, taking the time to truly understand concerns before providing care. Lexa, Gail, and Jolie were also a pleasure to interact with- helpful, professional, and a true credit to the team. The prices are reasonable and super clean too. I’ll definitely be back!

I discovered Vitality Sol and their red light therapy services through ClassPass, and ended up finally finding the right chiropractor for me in Dr. Westyn. I had tried chiro a few times, but gave up feeling like it was a very short-lived relief. Dr. Westyn is the first practitioner that genuinely made me feel so cared for; he is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes his time with his patients.
