I cannot thank vow and wow enough for the excellent job they did for our wedding last year. From the start they were professional, attentive and adaptive. They helped me bring my jumbled vague thoughts into a vision for the day. I had full faith in them from the calls and contact we had had in the run up to the day, but seeing all the work they put in to create the most beautiful decor on the day blew me away. They went above and beyond to ensure the venue was decorated beautifully and were generous with both their time and their stock. I have hayfever so I didn’t want real flowers and I also didn’t want to buy loads of fake flowers to never be used again. Vow and wow provided the perfect alternative to this for me. If you are considering hiring vow and wow I really wouldn’t hesitate. Of all the wedding vendors we dealt with and hired, vow and wow impressed me the most by far.
Julie and the Vow and Wow team did an absolutely breathtaking job styling our wedding in November. From our very first conversation, they completely understood our vision and worked closely with us to bring it to life. They also shared so much valuable expertise, helping us think through the whole day — from timings to thoughtful details we hadn’t even considered, such as the memorandum table, type of napkins and place names. The styling was stunning and perfectly suited to our winter wedding and the rustic feel of our venue. The long trestle tables and centrepieces were beautifully dressed with dried fruit, real candles, and gypsophila, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere that exceeded all our expectations. On the day itself, Julie and her team took care of everything. They worked seamlessly with our other suppliers, set the room up flawlessly, and were almost invisible — which took away so much stress for us. Walking into the room for the first time and seeing the transformation was a truly magical moment. Throughout the planning process, communication was excellent. Julie and the team regularly shared ideas and guidance, and it was always clear that their priority was making sure we had an amazing day. They were also incredibly flexible and considerate of our budget, even while styling a large wedding of over 200 guests. We cannot recommend Vow and Wow highly enough — they created a beautiful, unforgettable day for us.
Julie and the team did an absolutely phenomenal job styling our wedding in September. They did everything they promised and more to bring our wedding vision to life. From the initial consultation you just know that they’re going to be in your corner making sure you get exactly what you want for your day. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure the day was perfect and no request was too much. They even made two different plans for the ceremony decor just in case it rained. They also made the bouquets, boutonnières, all the signs and the menus/place names! They also decorated the cake which my sister had made. Seeing the finished product at our ceremony and reception was overwhelming, they added so many extra touches that we hadn’t even thought to ask for. My favourite surprise was the beautiful bouquet of flowers they made for the empty seat reserved for my mum who has passed away. They worked to our budget easily but so many people have asked how we could afford to spend so much on the decor because of how expensive it looked! The audio guestbook was also a hit with the guests. Honestly I can’t put into words how grateful I am to have come across Vow&Wow, they are really passionate about their work and it shows. Thank you so much for treating our day as if it was as precious to you as it was to us.
I cannot recommend Vow & Wow enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was so professional. Julie in particular was an absolute superstar—incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. She was super responsive throughout the entire process, Julie and the team managed to make our wedding so beautiful in such a remarkably short amount of time. With only 3 months until our wedding we realised we had completely forgot about something important…the flowers and decor! My sister had Vow & Wow for her wedding and couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank goodness because with only 3 months they did everything, the flower, the signs, an indoor Indian ceremony and an outdoor civil ceremony. My mum had some Welsh cakes in metal tins, Vow & Wow happened to have spare tier plates and offered her them instead, it made such a difference! Our flowers were fake but wow did they look real! On the day after our wedding we got to keep the signs and Julie even said I could keep my bouquet! If we didn’t have these guys I dread to think the amount of time / cost it would take us to to get all of this from multiple suppliers. Thank you Julie and your amazing team, you saved our wedding!
