Wish We Went Elsewhere We are extremely disappointed in how our experience with Vox DJs ended up going. When reaching out for a quote and inquiry questions the responsiveness and customer service were good. We booked and were assigned a different DJ than we had selected since that one had been released by the company for failing to show at 3 events. We were grateful for the switch and had a full planning sheet we had filled out, and then went over in a zoom call with the new DJ. That is where the good part of the experience ended. The day of the wedding we were told the DJ would arrive with enough time to set up and be ready to begin music at 3:30 as we had discussed while our guests were seating. At 3:50 the DJ came to us not wanting to set up his equipment due to a slight drizzle of rain. We finally had guests offer to use umbrellas to cover his stuff and began the ceremony 15 minutes late. After pictures we gathered the bridal party for the grand entrance and then were holding while he located his phone. We were behind schedule and only continued to get further behind. We had put on our planning sheet and discussed having a shoe game and when the time came the DJ stated he had not prepared any questions so we had to scrap that. After dinner as we were mingling we also had an empty dance floor and at no time was there any real open dancing. The end of the night was supposed to be a last dance while guests prepared for a sparkler exit. The DJ forgot about this and had begun to tear down equipment and then took an unreasonable amount of time to get the song to play where I wished I had played it on my phone. After sending an email to express our disappointment we were told that there would internal dialogue to figure out what happened but we never did receive follow-up. For the hefty price we paid, paying for a higher level DJ, and how the interactions began to how it ended we wish that we could redo this part of our wedding. Save yourself the money and find a better company.

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From start to finish, Noel brought an incredible energy that kept the celebration going all night long. He played the perfect mix of music, knowing exactly what to play to get guests of all ages on the dance floor. We were shocked at how many people were up and dancing—more than we ever expected! Not only did he keep the party going, but he also coordinated our grand entrance and first dance songs flawlessly. His ability to read the crowd and keep the momentum going made the night unforgettable. If you're looking for a DJ who knows how to throw a great party, Noel is your guy!

We had DJ Paul as our DJ for our wedding a couple weeks ago and would definitely recommend him for anyone who music is super important to! We had a dancing crowd at our wedding so we told DJ Paul that prior and he played hit after hit to keep our crowd on the dance floor the whole night. He did an amazing job with our reception which was super important to us! The only note I would have is he we had requested for our recessional a specific part of a song, but he failed to do that. It didn’t overshine the amazing job he did at our reception, but it definitely was something we missed out on and were pretty disappointed we didn’t get. All in all we would definitely recommend, would just make sure to be over communicative if you have special notes or points in your ceremony!

VOX DJ's.. thank you so much for your amazing service and making our wedding night that much more special!! You guys were great at communicating during the planning process the months leading up to the wedding. And of course Darron AKA DJ GQ... Absolutely amazing DJ! From start to finish, he made our wedding unforgettable. Our guests were on the dance floor all night because of his ability to read the room and match the energy. Darron was professional, accommodating, and really took the time to understand our preferences. We couldn’t have asked for a more flawless execution on our special day. Highly recommend!

Vox was great to work with! Dave was our first point of contact and was easy to work with. After reviewing some of their DJs and their packages, we scheduled a call with Connor Frawley to get to know him better. We knew right away he was a perfect fit for us. He was friendly, outgoing, fun, and listened to what we said. He was easy to share playlists with through Spotify and has great recommendations as well. Connor was there for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We had so many wonderful comments about his music choices after the wedding and the dance floor was packed the entire night. We highly recommend Connor! Vox also has a photo booth service (with props) and we booked that as well. A few of our guests mentioned that the photo booth ran out of paper a few times and they were happy we were able to provide the digital copies that we received. While we loved the design for the photo print out (their design team did a great job!), I'm not sure that we'd do the Photo Booth again since a few of our guests didn't get their printed photo.
