Mr Somera is one of the best attorneys in the San Joaquin area highly recommended he has been really helpful understanding and patience throughout my case anyone who has a criminal case going on he is your go to guy having him in your corner is one of the best decisions you will ever make he will give you that peace of mind your looking for. I had gotten a different law firm before Somera and they did me Dirty and just stole my money and left me swimming with the sharks i felt like my life was already over then a miracle happen that I was then recommended by one of my buddies that had previously represented him my friend then told me he was the main go to guy so after I contacted Somera and made an appointment From our first meeting they were honest about the risks but immediately started building a strategic defense and gave me high hopes for my case I felt an immediate relief his reputation in the courtroom is clearly respected and it has made a big difference in my case.

It has taken me over year to find the words to write this review. No words exist that I could use to properly express my gratitude to Mr. Somera and the way he handled my case to give me a second chance at life. I was arrested on a voluntary manslaughter charge amongst other things, and I say that in case any other families feel like there is no hope for themselves or their loved ones. This team gave me hope from the very start. Mr. Somera fought tooth and nail to get me sentenced to a rehabilitation program instead of prison. It was a drug related case, I was 18 years old, and made decisions that I wish every day I could take back. He worked so graciously, the amount of care I felt from him was something I had never experienced before. His professionalism and confidence in the courtroom was different from any other lawyers I’ve seen throughout fighting my case. I was a hot mess throughout the entire case, and he showed me that my life was worth fighting for. I have been sober now for 3 and a half years from fentanyl. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Mr. Somera and his team. He quite literally gave me a new start to life. Me and my family thank you endlessly!!!!

Lawyer James Dadasovich… that man there is to be trusted at all costs! I never had a lawyer that I had complete trust in and he delivered in every way. Took my case all the way to trial and got one count dropped and the one that went to the jury, he made sure he told what needed to be heard and we on the trial today!
