I just purchased my mobile van and was having an issue with my power so I called to make an appointment and the guy I was on the phone with told me he would set me up with an appointment soon, but he also told me let’s make sure before you drive all the way over here you double checked everything.Now I’ve never owned a mobile van nor ever had to use a generator but the guy was nice enough to walk me thru resetting the generator myself now as a new business owner I really appreciate all the new information I learned from just calling this place. I’ve never step in the door but I’m already making sure I take an issue I have with my van to them!!!! Thank you Sir whoever I talked to.

Came from out of town and needed an emergency part. The V&V folks were the most helpful place we’ve been and we’ve now been through the entire West coast, mid country, and the South. The owner and his sister were SO nice and the customer service was above 5 stars

First off, we can't say enough good things about V and V Bros RVs and Trailers! They are an AMAZING family owned business. We have had extensive dealings with Victor and Vilma who handle everything in the office. They are absolutely wonderful and very communicative! If you have an RV or Trailer and have dealt with Manufactures or other Service Shops, you know that it can be a VERY painful and difficult experience. Not at V and V - they make you feel like family! In our case, we have a 2024 Forrest River Georgetown that needed lots of warranty work. They were persistent in their dealings with the Manufacturer and helped get the work approved and completed in a relatively timely manor. Willy and Antonio are awesome as well. They are more behind the scenes in the service department and are very knowledgeable and really experts in their field about how to repair and maintain things in the best way. In our case, one of the issues was some slider work that needed to be done. They had not really tackled this kind of job previously, but they were able to work with Forest River and do the slider repairs that were needed to protect our floors. I can't recommend them highly enough! We feel so fortunate to have V and V Bros so close to where we spend half the year. We will never go to another RV service provider as long as we stay in the Bay Area. When you do business with V and V Bros, you can be rest assured that you are in honest, knowledgeable and kind hands. Do not hesitate to give them a call! :-)
