During our Christmas holiday trip with family to celebrate the New Year, our car suddenly broke down. The air conditioning stopped working, and there was a problem with the electrical system. We thought we would have to spend the night in the cold wilderness, but unexpectedly, they arrived shortly after we called. They were very dedicated and professional. Thanks to them, our trip was able to continue. We are grateful for their professionalism.

I waited a few days before posting this 💁♂️, to see if the repaired worked well 🤷♂️. My 22 yrs old RV on the street on Mountain View, CA, one recent morning, turned the key, the engine crank's over strongly, but would not start 🥵. 1st time that this occured in 20 yrs 😱. Need to get an RV Mobile Service 🤷♂️. Did some online internet search for RV Mobile Services 💁♂️, none in Mountain View, CA, but there are several in neighboring cities 💁♂️. Took the time to read reviews 💁♂️👏, and decided to call Artspeed RV Mobile Service, across the bay, for an appointment, they were about the same distance from other RV mobile services to my location 💁♂️. Explained my situation 💁♂️, what was happening with engine cranking but not starting 💁♂️🥵. They arrived within 15 min from the time of the appointment 👏. Max was very friendly, And as I watched the troubleshooting process, in about 20 min, was concluded that the fuel pump was the problem, and needed to be replaced 🥵🥵. A big job, as the fuel pump is inside the gas tank, and they would have to drop the tank to perform the replacement, ... time and cost to perform the repair at my street location was explained 💁♂️, and we made an appointment for the next day to effect repair 💁♂️. With the new fuel pump installed, ... turned the key, and within 2 seconds, engine started 💁♂️👏. And for days, twice a day, the engine starts within a second 👏👏. Yep, Max & assistant at Artspeed Mobile Service knows what they are doing, friendly, and very professional 👏👏. Definetly from now on my go to RV Mobile Service in the 'Bay Area' if needed 💁♂️👏.
